CONCERN EAP/Caring for Caregivers Services
There are times we all need a little help with life's challenges. Cleveland Clinic understands this and provides resources and support through the Caring for Caregivers Program, (Physician Health, Licensed Professionals Health, CONCERN Employee Assistance Program and the Wellbeing Resource and Referral Service). Through these programs and services expert, confidential and free support is available.
The confidential CONCERN EAP is here to help. No issue is too big or too small for the EAP, including:
- Work problems
- Family issues
- Emotional problems
- Alcohol and drug use
- Legal matters
- Marital problems
- Parenting issues
- Loss/bereavement
- Financial pressures
CONCERN provides confidential assessment, short-term counseling and referral services for issues that are important to you and your family. There is No Cost for counseling sessions and services offered by the program. All benefit eligible employees and their immediate family members residing in their household are eligible to use the program.
Wellbeing Resources & Referral Services
Cleveland Clinic recognizes the challenges of balancing work with the circumstances of everyday life. That’s why you and your family have access to support through the Wellbeing Resource and Referral Services. A special Internet site, often referred to as the Wellbeing Website, was specifically established for Cleveland Clinic employees and their immediate family members.
When you log onto our free, confidential Wellbeing Website, you’ll find an abundance of useful resources, articles, links, and interactive tools, self assessments, self-search provider databases for childcare/eldercare providers, summer camps, attorneys, and more.
